Overview

Architecture, design and construction are undergoing a revolution that has not seen its equivalent since the appearance of the elevator and steel-reinforced concrete: the Green Movement.  Within the last ten years, global warming has gone from fringe theory to widely accepted truth.  A tipping point has been achieved, and momentum in all areas of environmentally-appropriate construction and interiors is growing rapidly. Government agencies at all levels have made commitments to greening urban areas, through revised city planning, new building code, financial subsidies and incentives, and targeted lending for green projects.  Green services, materials, and energy efficiency projects are one of the highest growth sectors of the economy that is otherwise in recession.

This September in New York City, coinciding with the US Green Building Council’s first ever Urban Green Expo, Green Envy Development proudly makes available to professionals and public alike:
 
The SILHOUETTE

slated to be the first LEED Platinum and Energy Star certified  low-rise building in New York,

for an Open House and Green Exposition.

Located in the rapidly evolving neighborhood of South Park Slope in Brooklyn, the SILHOUETTE Showcase provides the following opportunities:
